Case study 08
Restaurant
A menu-led site for a restaurant, built to load fast on a phone.
- Outcome
- Stronger online presence
- Location
- Bradford
The brief
What this build had to do.
Restaurant sites get opened on a phone, often on patchy signal, usually to answer one of three questions: what's on, when are you open, where are you. Anything that slows those answers down costs a booking.
The priority
Answer what's on, when you're open and where you are — fast.
What I built
On the page.
01Menu as fast-loading text rather than a PDF
02Hours and location above the fold
03Reservation and takeout links where people look for them
04Mobile-first layout tuned for slow connections
05Basic local SEO for the neighbourhood
Goal: more reservations and takeout orders from local search.
I don't publish a client's name or link without asking them first, so this page covers what was built rather than who it was for. I'll walk you through the live site on the call.
