When you request an audit, book a call or email us, we may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, website or Google listing, trade, service area and anything you choose to tell us about your business.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare your audit or quote, deliver agreed services, improve this website, keep it secure and meet legal obligations. No newsletters unless you ask for them.

Who processes it

Information may be handled by our hosting, email, scheduling and analytics providers, in Canada, the United States or other places they operate. Calls are booked through Cal.com.

Ad accounts and client data

When we run ads or build a website for you, the ad accounts stay in your business name. We access only what the work needs, and you can remove our access at any time.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, subject to legal requirements.
